Hello new friends!! My name is Teandra Durham.

I am a certified birth doula providing support to families of all dynamics in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. I am a true southern girl born and raised in Dallas, TX! I pride myself on walking and living with southern hospitality embedded in my roots and make it a point to exhibit those traits to every person I meet.

I love to dance and will encourage you to bust a move (no rhythm needed) and stay active as this will be a great aid on delivery day. I believe in the power of affirmations and find it essential to affirm the life you desire. The gift of being a doula is something close to my heart. I spent many years searching and wondering what my passion and purpose was in life.

Sure I can cook a little, dance a little,I have a little poet  in me and so on, however it wasn't until I began serving women in the birthing community that it truly hit me. I had a rush of emotions and passion filled my heart the day I began my journey of becoming a certified birth doula . As I operate within this realm of birth and all things related  I now know this to be my divine calling. I walk in these shoes with great pride knowing that I’m fulfilling my purpose and the gratitude is immense as I do so.  Zenfulbirths isn’t just a name it’s the mannerisms I exude and the environments I cultivate while doing the necessary work in this calling.
